- Flexible Owner Contracts - We offer two flexible contracts from full property management service to just helping you locate a screenend, qualified tenant for a reduced fee or house sitting
- Thorough Tenant Screening - We thoroughly screen all potential tenants to include a Criminal Background Check, Eviction Search, Residential Verification, Reference Checks, Employment Verification, Credit History Checks
- Attorney Prepared Tenant Leases
- Collection of Rent and Disbursement of Rents per Contract
- Investigate Tenant Complaints and Service Requests
- Maintenance Repairs through Licensed and Insured Vendors - We contract only licensed and insured vendors and coordinate with some of the most experienced and costs-effective vendors in the Central Florida area. Before any improvements or repairs are made, we will consult with you first and obtain estimates for service in excess of a designated amount, if necessary.
