Online Maintenance Request
As a courtesy to our existing tenants only, we have included an online Maintenance Request form that can be completed below. Once we have received and processed your request, we will assign an appropriate vendor to contact you to schedule an appointment. Please bear in mind the following:
- This maintenance request is for non-emergencies only. If you feel that this is an emergency, then please review our What Constitutes an Emergency page first before proceeding on.
- Capital Realty Group Florida does not provide keys to assigned vendors.
- Vendors will be contacting you directly to schedule an appointment.
- Failure to be present at an appointment may incur a charge to you so please be certain to call your property manager if you unable to make an appointment.
- If there is still a problem after a recent repair has taken place, please call our office right away so that we may immediately address the issue.
- Failure to report an unresolved recent repair that results in additional damage or expense to the property may lead you to be responsible for the cost, per your rental agreement.
